Thank you for being part of our VIP Gathering. Due to recent rain and concerns about
standing water on portions of the pathway, we have adjusted the beginning of the
program.
We will now begin at Zamitti’s Patio overlooking the Holocaust Garden of Hope and
then proceed to the Garden for the tour and closing remarks.
Our goal is for guests to: • Feel welcomed and appreciated. • Experience the Holocaust
Garden of Hope firsthand. • Better understand the mission and impact of HRA18. • Hear
from a survivor, educators, and leadership. • Leave inspired to share the Garden and
become Upstanders.
Special Note: Linda will lead the Garden tour, focusing on the highlights of Exhibits 1–3.
Susan Myers will provide commentary and educational insights at key locations
throughout the tour, helping guests better understand the historical significance and
educational value of the exhibits.
VIP GATHERING SCHEDULE
4:00–4:20 PM ARRIVAL & FELLOWSHIP AT ZAMITTI’S PATIO
• Wine, cheese, hummus, tea, and water available. • Volunteers and docents will direct
guests who arrive at the Garden entrance. • Guests will enjoy fellowship while
overlooking the Garden.
4:20–4:25 PM WELCOME Rozalie Jerome
• Welcome guests. • Brief explanation of venue adjustment. • Purpose of the gathering.
4:25–4:33 PM VISION AND FUTURE OF HRA18 Mitch Jerome
Topics: • Why the Holocaust Garden of Hope was created. • Progress made to date. •
Future exhibits and educational outreach. • The importance of raising Upstanders for
future generations.
4:33–4:38 PM PERSONAL REFLECTIONS Ruth Steinfeld
• Brief survivor reflections on our work and why remembrance matters.
4:38 PM TRANSITION TO THE GARDEN
Guests will proceed to the Garden.
Docents will assist any guests who would appreciate help walking to the tour area.

In light of the current war in Israel, and after much prayer and consideration, we have made the decision to cancel our upcoming tour. We continue to stand with Israel, praying for protection, peace, and the swift restoration of the land and its people.
