CHP Kingwood Update Summer 2022

CHP, compassionate healing prayer, at HCA Kingwood Hospital is growing! We are greeted with open arms by the staff, who request prayer for themselves as well as their patients. Warm caring relationships have developed between the staff and us, who many times say, “I prayed you would come help my patient, and you walked into the room without being called!” Such is the perfect timing of our God, Whose knowledge transcends all earthly crises. Al and I walked into ICU to be greeted by the charge nurse who said, “I’m so glad you’re here! I have four patients who are dying within the hour, and I don’t know if they all are saved. Please go visit them now while there is time.” God’s impeccable timing was in every situation. First we stayed with a woman who would have died alone, but we told her we would not leave her. instead, when she passed from this life into heaven, there were three nurses, one therapist, and one doctor who had joined us. We then prayed for the other three patients accompanied by their families. When we returned to the ICU the following week,we were told by the staff that one of the patients had recovered and was ready to go home. Yeshua said, ” I am the resurrection and the life: he that believes in me, though he were dead, yet he shall live.” John 11:25. What is this resurrection power? We will be sharing testimonies of this power, starting with Mitch Jerome.
