Mitchell Jerome is a businessman, gifted speaker, and community leader with a deep passion for reconciliation, Holocaust remembrance, and strengthening relationships between Jews and Christians. Together with his wife, Rozalie, he has devoted much of his life to building bridges of understanding through education, public outreach, prayer initiatives, and humanitarian efforts.

For more than 30 years, Mitchell has worked in the Medicare insurance industry, faithfully serving seniors and helping individuals and families navigate important healthcare decisions with compassion, integrity, and personal care. His long-standing commitment to serving people has been a defining part of both his professional and ministry life.

Known as a deep and insightful communicator, Mitchell has spoken to churches, community groups, and audiences throughout Texas on topics including Israel, reconciliation, faith, healing, the Hebraic roots of Christianity, and the importance of Holocaust remembrance. His ability to combine wisdom, authenticity, humor, and compassion has made him a respected and impactful speaker.

Mitchell was the main host and interviewer for The Crossover television program, alongside Rozalie, helping produce and host more than 160 programs that aired internationally in English, Spanish, and Russian. Through thoughtful interviews, teachings, and discussions, the program explored faith, Israel, reconciliation, current events, and the relationship between Jews and Christians, featuring guests from around the world.

Mitchell is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Holocaust Remembrance Association, Co-Founder of The Crossover Project, and Co-Founder of Holocaust Garden of Hope in Kingwood, Texas. Through these initiatives, he has helped lead efforts focused on Holocaust education, combating antisemitism, promoting reconciliation, and inspiring future generations to become Upstanders against hate.

Mitchell continues to work alongside Rozalie to expand the impact of their organizations locally, nationally, and internationally through events, educational resources, tours, media projects, and public engagement opportunities.
