Proverbs 18:10
As autumn approaches, there is a desperate hope for some relief from this relentless and unusual Texas heat. We all seem to be begging God for a reprieve. Trapped volcanic gases, extreme solar flares and changes in ocean temperature have been a perfect cocktail for apocalyptic-type weather related sufferings and catastrophes. Is God talking to us? Could it be that God is pouring out His Spirit of Grace and Supplication, drawing us nearer to Him that we may hear His instructions during this uncomfortable and difficult climate?
It is obvious He has our attention as we witness numerous wildfires around the world and even in our own state. We are pressing in and leaning on His strength to bear the labor pains but at the same time we are excited and looking forward to the possibilities of miracles to come. Such an interesting dichotomy!
It is the season when God’s Word comes to life during His appointed times of Biblical holidays, festivals, and traditions. The Days of Awe begins a ten-day period of self-reflection and prayer starting with the celebration of Rosh Hashanah (the Jewish New Year) followed by Yom Kippur (the Day of Atonement), one of the holiest days of the year.
Our goal, is to encourage and to shine the light of truth on God’s promises and though we are aware and attuned to the signs of tribulation we hope to provide to you tools that will enrich your life and spark a desire to dig deeper into the Bible and truly know how much Yeshua, your Salvation and Hope loves you and is watching over you.
“The name of the Lord is a strong tower; The righteous run to it and are safe.” Proverbs 18:10
